You’re hiring one engineer, and you should know which one.

Companies in their first year don’t need an agency — they need one person who answers the phone and knows their codebase. That’s the whole model, and it only works if I stay small enough to know every project properly.

Founder & Engineer

I build tools. Long before any of this AI wave, I taught myself Google Sheets and built my family an expense tracker — they’re still using it in India years after I left, and I still use mine. That turned into Data Studio, then Power BI, and now I run four of my own: expenses, workouts, portfolio and diet. They’re how I keep my life balanced, and they’re also just what I do for fun.

I also built a map of UK visa sponsor companies, because your next sponsor might be on the next street and nobody had made that easy to look up. AutoStrata is the same instinct pointed at other people’s businesses — you have a problem that a bit of software would fix, and I’d rather build the thing than talk about it.

What happens if I get hit by a bus

Fair question when you’re hiring one person. Everything I build for you lives in your own GitHub repository, your own Supabase project and your own domain account — not mine. It’s standard Next.js and Postgres, not a proprietary platform, so any competent developer can pick it up. You’re never locked to my availability, and that’s deliberate.

Things I’ve built for myself

I use my own stack before I sell it.
