What the 48 hours actually means
When does the clock start?
When the brief is agreed in writing and I have your content — logo, text, images, whatever you want on the site. Not when you first email me.
What counts as a first draft?
A real, viewable site at a live preview URL, with your content in it. Not a finished site, not a mockup — something you can click through and react to.
What if you miss it?
You get your money back, in full, without needing to argue. I cap how many builds I take at once specifically so this stays affordable to honour.
What's not included at £5 a month?
Two small changes a month are included — text edits, swapping an image, a new phone number. New pages, design changes or new functionality are quoted separately before I start. Your domain is billed by your registrar directly, not by me.
How do I actually pay?
There's no checkout on this site, on purpose — nobody should buy a bespoke website without talking to a human first. We agree the scope on a call, then I send a Stripe payment link by email: one-off for the build, a monthly one for upkeep if you want it. Card or bank transfer, your choice, and you get a proper invoice either way.
